Keynote Properties Promotions
Keynote Properties was looking to send out direct mail pieces that recipients would find unique and memorable enough to hang onto until their property situation was ready to change. Together, we created a few series of postcards with a minimal budget, interesting messaging, and bold graphics.
The first in series of postcards for Keynote Properties was bold to catch people’s attention. It definitely did. Clients started expecting a bright new card in their mailbox every month. And we heard many of them held onto them.
Using the icons of San Francisco and riffing off the Mexican loteria game, I created illustrations for a series of postcards for Keynote Properties that recipients would want to hang on there fridge.
To give the customer something different, we went with information and typography, highlighting popular neighborhoods’ best assets.
