I worked many long hours with Seth on two major design-build infrastructure pursuits over a period of two years. We produced submittals involving multiple volumes and hundreds of pages of layout and supporting graphics. Throughout the process, he not only worked closely with me as the Proposal Manager, but also with equal ease with technical team members. In each case, he produced stellar graphics that not only communicated the necessary technical information, but contributed to the overall proposal message.
